Having an issue with your Kraken motor?

If your Kraken X44 or Kraken X60 motor is not working as expected, we are here to help. To diagnose the issue and get you a resolution as quickly as possible, we need a few details from you.

Step 1: Tell us what is happening

Please contact us at support@wcproducts.com or through chat and describe the issue you are experiencing with your Kraken motor. Be as specific as you can about what the motor is or is not doing.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • Which motor you have (Kraken X44 or Kraken X60)

  • A clear description of the problem

Step 2: Provide diagnostic information

Based on what you describe, our team will let you know exactly what we need to move forward. This will typically be one of the following:

  • A self-test β€” we may ask you to run a self-test on the motor and send us the results as a text file (.txt).

  • A photo β€” we may ask you to take a clear, well-lit photo of a specific area of the motor so we can assess the issue visually.

We will walk you through exactly what is needed once we understand your situation.

Step 3: What happens next

Once we receive your diagnostic information, our team will review it and coordinate with CTR Electronics, our RMA partners, to determine the best resolution. We will follow up with you as soon as we have an update.

Possible outcomes include a replacement motor, motor repair, or other resolution depending on the diagnosis.

Tips for a faster resolution

  • Include your order number and motor model in your first message.

  • If we ask for a self-test, send the results as a .txt file β€” screenshots of the test results are harder for us to process.

  • If we ask for a photo, make sure it is clear and well-lit so our team can see what they need.
