Under the Programs tab, when you log into Train.westrive.com, we have over 2000 photos and videos of various types of exercises. If you want an exercise to be specific by hand or side (Example: Dumbbell left side bends) simply type in ‘Dumbbell Left’ when creating a program and you should see the results pop-up.
WeStrive online trainers also have the ability to easily add their own photos/videos for their clients to use from the Exercises - My Exercises tab.
If there is ever an exercise you want to use but don’t see in our ‘Exercises’ tab, please let us know by emailing us at Help@WeStrive.com! We would be happy to take the photo/video and add it to our library!
