The primary way your clients will access training programs is to use our WeStrive mobile app. Your clients will be able to interact with your program in a revolutionary way. Clients will have a full overview of the plan, broken-down weeks, and then be able to swipe through exercises, access videos, track their progress/nutrition plans, and do it all from their app!
From our train.westrive.com website, they can see an entire overview of the program you create for them.
They can also instantly download the program in PDF form from train.westrive.com so they can print it out or access it from their computer or mobile device.
