As a coach on WeStrive, you have the ability to add your own exercises. If you don't have any that's totally fine since WeStrive has over 2000 photos & videos shot by certified personal trainers.
If you want to add your own content: From any page within WeStrive, simply click on the dropdown on the top right of your screen and then click Add Exercise.
You'll name the exercise, add a link from YouTube or Vimeo, and then upload a photo if you have one. You don't need to add a photo since we automatically will add one for you.
If you want, you can even upload these exercises in bulk.
Beyond that, you'll have the option to customize what type of measurement (reps, weight, time, distance, etc.) comes with this exercise, you can add a note, and you can assign it to a category as well.
If you want to see your exercise database or organize it into categories then you can just head to the Programs tab on train.westrive.com and you’ll see the Exercises section.
If there is ever an exercise you want to use but don’t see in our Exercises tab then please let us know at Help@westrive.com! We would be happy to take the photo/video and add it to our library!
