How to add or schedule Client Reminders & Events

Through WeStrive, you can auto-magically 🧙♀️ schedule event updates & reminders for your clients. If you head to your client's profile and then select Client Calendar you'll see an Add Reminders button on the top right.

From here, you can easily schedule:

  • Bodyweight Weigh-ins

  • Progress photo requests

  • Pre-written messages

  • Fitness Test PR requests

  • Measurement requests

  • Habit Tracking

  • Custom surveys

  • And then you can choose how often you want to send them off

You can have them go out once or schedule them on a monthly or weekly recurring basis.

For example, you can have a message be sent out every 2 weeks on Tuesday for 6 weeks straight. It's as simple as that!
