What's the difference between automated programs and packages?

Automated programs and packages are essentially the exact same thing. The only difference for packages is that, once the client has paid, they don't get a program. They still have an account, become a client of yours, and get charged on a one-time or monthly basis. It's just with the automated programs, your client's purchase will come with a program attached to the account.
