Moving a program's start date and deleting a program will have the same result for your client's progress. The program progress will be deleted but their workout results will remain. Let's explain 👇
Let's say you have a 2-day program called Program X. Your client completed the 1st day of the program and then you change the start date.
When the client goes into the program, it will look empty like they hadn't started it yet - that's because moving the start date will reset the program.
However, any exercise records or PRs will be recorded. So if your client does a Bench Press for 12 reps - 125 lbs, that record will be in their Progress tab.
