Please make sure you take your time before uploading an automated program. Once an automated program has been purchased by a client, it can't be edited without the WeStrive Team unlocking the program for you.
If you need to unlock a program so you can edit it, please reach out to help@westrive.com and we'll get that done for you.
We lock these programs after their first purchase to avoid breaking the WeStrive App. For example, if a coach sells a 3-month program to 100 clients on the automated program and then decides to add another 2 months + change the price -- that's a lot of bandwidth for our app to handle and it could cause massive errors across your client profiles. This is why we lock the programs and only unlock them based on requests.
However, if a client hasn't purchased your automated program yet, you can edit it all you want.
