How to Manage Users Within My Workspace

The User Management feature allows you to manage all Users within your workspace. Here, you can add, approve, remove and invite new Users to your workspace.

From the User Management dashboard, you can manage your Users from three different tabs, located along the horizontal grey bar at the top of your screen.

Users - View the names of each User, their assigned role, email address, location, last login date and engagement level. You can also view and edit each User's information by clicking the grey hamburger icon to the far right hand side.


Invitations - Send a workspace invitation to a new user by submitting their name, email address, assigned role and any relevant applications and/or intake forms they need to fill out. Here, you can also manage pending workspace invitations.


Import - Mass import new users to your workspace by uploading a CSV file. You will be prompted on how to import your CSV file and can even use our sample file (in blue) as a guide.
