The Huddles feature is the easiest way for Users to talk with one another within the workspace. Rather than need to change apps or workstations, the chat feature keeps all of your community messaging in one place and archives conversations for later viewing.
To start a new chat:
Click the yellow conversation bubble button in the top right hand corner of your screen
Click the pencil icon to the right of the "Your Messages" field to start a new chat
Search by name for the person(s) you want to add to your chat
After everyone has been added, click the green "Start Chat" or "Start Group Chat" button
To send a message, type your text and then click the yellow paper plane icon to send
OPTIONAL: Give your chat a name so the conversation can be referenced at a later time
