From the Forms dashboard, you can delete any one of your Forms. Click on the grey hamburger icon to the far right hand side of the Form you wish to delete.

From here, click the "Delete" red garbage can icon within the drop down menu. This deletes the Form from your workspace.

From the hamburger icon, you can also:

╰Edit the Form

╰Submit the Form for a user

╰View who submitted the Form

╰Import/Export the Form

╰Duplicate the Form

╰Delete the Form
