Lessons, or online learning modules, are the ways in which your users learn new information. Our Lessons feature was built to support all types of users within a digital learning environment. Here, organization administrators are able to track user progress and engagement.

To create a new Lesson:

  • From your home base, click on the Lessons icon

  • Click the yellow "+" button in the upper right hand corner

  • Add a title into the title bar. While adding your title, notice how the "Add Card" and "Save" buttons highlight in blue. You are now ready to begin building your Lesson.

Click "Add Card" to add your first Lesson slide. On each Lesson slide, you can either request information OR display information.

Request information - Choices, Question: Text, Question: Paragraph or Worksheet

Display information - Image, Video, Title, Paragraph or Result

💡 Remember: Select an existing slide before clicking on "Add Slide" to have the new slide follow the selected slide.

For each Lesson slide, ensure you make the following selections along the bottom bar:

╰Is this card required? Toggle Yes/No

╰Add image, if necessary

From the Lesson's dashboard, make sure to indicate one of the following options for each Lesson (which is done via the Lesson card itself):

╰Published - if the Lesson is ready to go live

╰Draft - if the Lesson is still in progress and/or needs additional editing

╰Archive - if the Lesson isn't being currently utilized

Remember to click on the yellow "Save" button in the top right hand corner to complete your edits before moving on.
