Updated over a week ago

The WeDrive is where all content is stored within the workspace. The WeDrive allows you to store all files, documents, videos & images within one location to then edit and share with those in your workspace. From the WeDrive, you can add files, documents, videos & images to the lessons and programs you create. You can upload a variety of files from Google Drive or your computer to the WeDrive.

Keep in mind: the WeDrive is purely for content and media and cannot include anything that requires data collection.

To upload a new File:

  • From your home base, click on the WeDrive icon

  • Click the yellow "+ Add New" button in the right hand corner of your screen

  • Add a title for the File into the title bar

  • For each File you can:

    ╰Add a color tag and/or emoji

╰Indicate who the File is visible to (Student, Mentor and/or Organization Administrator)

    ╰Provide a high-level description of the File

╰"Attach" the File to a relevant Lesson, Hub, Form, Supplement and/or FAQ

╰If there is a specific document, PDF or image you'd like to attach to this File, click the grey "Attach Files" button in the bottom right hand corner to upload items from your computer.

To add fields, or questions, to your File:

  • Click the "+ Pick a Field to Add" button in the bottom right hand corner

  • Select which type of question you'd like to add: Date, Time, Short Text, Long Text, Number, Rating, URL Button/Link, Payment Button/Link, Dropdown, Checkboxes, Single Select, YouTube/Vimeo Video, File Upload or Google Drive

  • Enter your question in the "Enter name" field

  • To delete a question, click the red garbage can icon to the right of the "Enter name" field

💡 Remember: Click the green "Save Changes" button in the bottom right hand corner to save this File to the WeDrive.

To view a File, head to the WeDrive dashboard. Click the corresponding hamburger icon to the far right of the File you wish to view. Select the grey "View" eye icon to view the File as your users would.
