How to Update Naming Conventions

Naming conventions allow you to frame your workspace so that it is familiar to your organization. Naming your WeThrive workspace consistently will enable your team and community to navigate your workspace more efficiently.

To adjust naming conventions, click on the hamburger icon in the top left hand corner and then select "Company Settings" from the menu. From the drop down menu, select "Rename Things."

From "Rename Things" can you can adjust, edit and/or change the following:

  • User naming conventions

    ╰Name of Mentor role

    ╰Name of Student role

    ╰Name of Reviewer role (use this for users assigned to review applications and content)

  • Registration naming conventions

    ╰Name of Registration (this is what is seen by applicants)

    ╰Name of Applications/Registrations (this is what is seen by admins/reviewers)

    ╰Name of Applications (this is what is seen by users/applicants)

    ╰Name of Stage (this is what you would call a stage; ie: Round or Group)

    ╰Name of Submit (this is the text for the application submit button on the user's application)

    ╰Name of Submit (this is the text for the application apply button on the team profile page)

  • Feature naming conventions

    ╰Name of Hubs

    ╰Name of Lessons

    ╰Name of Worksheets

    ╰Name of WeDrive

    ╰Name of Supplements

    ╰Name of Forms

    ╰Name of FAQs

    ╰Name of Users
