From your home base, click on the Applications/Registrations icon to view all Applications and/or Registrations within your workspace.
For the Application and/or Registration you'd like to edit, click the grey hamburger icon to the far right and select "Edit."
From here, you can:
Edit the title of the Application and/or Registration
Indicate whether or not the Application and/or Registration is active
Update the Application and/or Registration Statuses and Stage Statuses
Update the Associations for the Application and/or Registration
