From the Applications/Registrations dashboard, you can delete any one of your Applications and/or Registrations. Click on the grey hamburger icon to the far right hand side of the Application and/or Registration you wish to delete.

From here, click the "Delete" red garbage can icon within the drop down menu. This deletes the Application and/or Registration from your workspace.
