When viewing your report, you can group your data based on how you'd like to compare groups of people. Comparing groups side by side allows you to see where the differences in employee experience lie - whether you're comparing teams, locations, departments etc.

How to group your report data
Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Surveys menu.
2. Click on the bar graph icon under the Actions heading.
3. Click the Group By drop down menu.
4. Choose how you want to group your data. Your graphs will then update to compare your chosen groups.
