How to group your data in different ways when viewing your reports

When viewing your report, you can group your data based on how you'd like to compare groups of people. Comparing groups side by side allows you to see where the differences in employee experience lie - whether you're comparing teams, locations, departments etc.

Ways to group your report data

The way you group your data will depend on what comparisons you are trying to make.

You can group your report data by:

  1. Teams

  2. Locations

  3. Departments

  4. Units

  5. Managers

How to group your report data

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Surveys menu.

2. Click on the bar graph icon under the Actions heading.

3. Click the Group By drop down menu.

4. Choose how you want to group your data. Your graphs will then update to compare your chosen groups.
