Filtering your data means you can look at the results of smaller groups of employees in more detail and gain a deeper understanding of how they're feeling.

Ways to filter your report data

You can filter your data by:

  1. Team

  • Compare team results with the Team Level view.

  • If you have Pro121, you can also select Individual level to compare all individual results. Choose a specific team from the drop down to view their results only.

2. Location

3. Department

4. Unit

5. Manager

(these are the standard category names, you can change them in your profile).

How to filter your report data

1. Go to the Surveys menu.

2. Click the bar graph icon under 'Actions'.

3. Use the 5 filters to choose how you'd like to segment your data. The reports will automatically update to show your chosen segment. The comments will also update to only show the responses from the people in your filtered view.

Please note: To filter the results to view a specific Team, you will need to 'Group by' something other than Team e.g. Location/Department/Unit/Manager.

In the below example, we want to look at the Sales Team only, so we have grouped by Location and filtered to Sales. This shows the overall Sales Team scores on the left plus a breakdown of the team's scores across different locations.
