If you'd like an overview of which survey results have been shared and with which users, you can access this following these steps:
Go to the Surveys menu.
Click on the bar graph icon against a survey.
Click on the blue Share Overview button.
A list of all report shares will appear showing the following information:
Which survey the report share relates to
The filters applied to the report share
The email of the person the report was shared with
Whether that user has activated their account
Whether they have viewed their report or analysis (dashboard) page
You also have the option to re-send a report share to an individual or delete their access to a report.
