If you are adding a user who you do not wish to have access to staff comments in your surveys, please follow the steps below.
First, set up the new user following this steps in this guide
In the Users table (click on People > Users), click on the user. You should then have the option to edit the user's details and access.
Untick the check box 'Can view report comments?'.
Click the 'Save' button. There should now be an N where you have unticked the box.
When the user logs in, they will be able to view the scores, but will no longer have access to the blue Team Comments or Strengths and Opportunities buttons on the Reports page.
