A HUGE change has come to WeThrive this month - we are very excited to announce the addition of 2 brand new surveys within WeThrive! Plus, the ability to give your employees their own employee accounts to log in, complete these surveys within their account and view their results.

Employee Logins

These have been available for a couple of months but are an important part of the new survey updates. You can now give employees their own WeThrive logins. Within their Employee login, individuals can confidentially view their own results to surveys they have taken part in, along with recommendations, practical action plans and resources to self-diagnose their own experience and improve areas they may be struggling with. Within Employee logins, individuals can take the Engagement Survey and new Mental Health & Wellbeing survey whenever they'd like, to receive a report with their own results - these are taken anonymously within their own account.

Now, on to the main event.....

Mental Health & Wellbeing Survey

The brand new anonymous Mental Health and Wellbeing survey follows the same structure as the engagement survey (16 areas and deeper level questioning in low scoring areas). This survey was designed to allows people to assess their own mental wellbeing and identify which aspects of their life are potentially hindering their mental health and happiness.

This survey can only be taken within a login so you can only invite employees and managers to log in & take part if you have updated their Role to either Employee or Manager login.

The platform provides employees with their own set of scores, plus practical action plans and resources to enable & empower them to start improving their own mental wellbeing at home and at work, as well as give the organisation & managers an overview of which areas of wellbeing employees are struggling most with.

Managers can view their team's 16 average scores within their login, but don't receive action plans for their team - these are delivered to each individual employee.

DEEI Survey (Diversity, Equality, Equity & Inclusion)

The second brand new anonymous survey covers the topic of Diversity, Equality, Equity and Inclusion.

This survey can only be taken within a login so you can only invite employees and managers to log in & take part if you have updated their Role to either Employee or Manager login.

The platform provides managers with a view of their team's average scores, plus practical action plans and resources to understand what is happening within their team and which aspects of the culture employees feel need improving.

Employees can view their own 16 scores within their account, but don't receive action plans for this survey.
