The dashboard presents a visual overview of progress across the Projects & Risks module, with filterable status summaries and other useful information contained in the widgets.
All of these widgets are now available to download. Simply click on the 3 dots to open up an enlarged view of the widget, then click the download icon to download it as a PNG file.
Countdown
A countdown timer showing how long you have until delivery of a specific event or project. This is controlled by your Account Administrators through the Dashboard Options toggle on the right-hand side of the page.
Momentum
A "speed-dial" showing what percentage of items have been completed on time (i.e. on or before their due dates) across your WeTrack system: 100% is great, 0% is not great!
Task & Milestone Snapshot
This chart shows the RAG statuses of Tasks or Milestones in the system which have due dates last week, this week and next week. Choose from the tabs at the top of the chart to display the different milestone types, or just normal tasks. Each week then has a set of items with due dates in that period, broken down into their different RAG statuses.
Risk & Issue Snapshot
Similar to the Task & Milestone chart, this shows a period of the last 3 weeks and displays the number of Risks or Issues (depending on the tab you choose) that were created and closed in each week. These are broken down by the RAGs of the Risks & Issues.
Task RAG Breakdown
This widget shows all the Tasks assigned to certain parameters, such as your Department Categories, Project Tags and Task Tags, with breakdowns of Task RAGs across each of them. Click on the Dashboard Options toggle on the right-hand side of the page to switch between what parameters get shown in this widget.
Leaderboard (Last 30 Days)
See who the top performers are in your WeTrack system! The leaderboard shows the top 3 Departments, Department Categories or Users across your system, according to their percentage of tasks that have been completed on time (on or before due date) in the last 30 days.
General Info
This widget allows you to display update notes or other general information on your dashboard. Admin users can click on the Dashboard Options toggle on the right-hand side of the page to choose the titles and information for each of the available fields - update regularly to keep your team up to date with key developments!
Weather
The weather widget shows you a forecast and map/radar view of weather at locations you choose. Click on the Dashboard Options toggle on the right-hand side of the page to set your weather locations and choose a default - these will then be shown in the dropdown at the top of the weather widget to allowyou to switch easily.
