The Projects & Tasks tab on the left-hand sidebar takes you to the Projects & Tasks Homescreen, which gives you a summary of all your Projects, Task Groups, Tasks, Departments and Department Categories.
The fourth and fifth tabs show your Departments and Department Categories. The cards give you a calculated RAG rating for each department or department category, and the cards for each department also show if it is part of a department category.
In the first line you have the option to search for a particular Department or Department Category, and see a RAG breakdown of overall Departments.
In laptop view, the following information can be visible for each Department card:
An overall RAG score for the Department, calculated as an average of the tasks assigned to it;
The title of the Department;
A RAG breakdown of the tasks assigned to the Department;
A RAG breakdown of the risks, issues and opportunities assigned to the Department.
Clicking on a Department or Department Category takes you through to the Tasks tab of the same screen, filtered to only show tasks assigned to that department or department category.
