Project and Task Tags

In WeTrack, you can set up tags that can be applied to any items in the system. This allows you to create further types of information that you might wish to filter by or report on. For example, you might want to tag all Projects or all Tasks that relate to a particular venue or upcoming event.

Admin users can set up tags in the Tag Manager section of the Settings area.

Tags can be assigned to a project or task upon creation, or later on in the item’s details page. Tags are available in both instances by selecting ‘Show More’.

Task tags apply only to the individual task that it has been assigned to, whereas project tags apply across the whole project, including every task within it.
