You may want to add a comment or update to a specific Project or Task. You can use the @ key to mention other users and notify them of your comment. All changes like this form part of the item’s indelible audit history.

There are several ways to do this. You can click on the ‘three dots’ on the right-hand side of any item’s card or details page, and click ‘Add Update’; simply type in your comment, @ mention any user(s) if necessary, and click ‘Add Update’.

You can also click on the Project or Task to enter its details page. In the second half of the page is the item’s ‘History’ tab, where you can add new comments. The same principle applies – simply type in your comment, @ mention any user(s) if necessary, and click ‘Save’.

Comments are stored in the item’s history and cannot be deleted.

The task owner or project manager will be notified of any comment added to a task or a project.
