This is the page that appears when you have built your Report(s) and click 'Preview'. You also have the option of Adding another Section to your report before previewing it.

From this page you can View, Edit, Export, Share, and Save your Report(s).

  • View: The section of your Report will display, as built, and you can click ‘View Previous Section’ or ‘View Next Section’ if there are multiple sections within this report. The title, description, and any filters for this section will display, and it will state how many rows your Report is. To return to the Report Builder, click ‘Edit Section’, at the bottom of the page; to return to the Report Homepage, click ‘Back to Reports Home’ in the top left-hand corner of the page.

  • Edit: Click ‘Edit Section’ at the bottom of the page to return to the ‘Report Builder’. From here you can choose and apply options as if you are building a Report for the first time.

  • You can also edit the view of a particular section of the report from this screen, clicking ‘Sort & Edit Columns’ at the bottom of the page and choosing which information should display, in which order.

  • Export: Export your Report, or a particular section of it, to PDF or CSV.

  • Share: Send the Report by Email to certain users either immediately or at a frequency of your choosing.

  • Save your Reports: Click ‘Save’ to save this Report to your Favourite Reports in your Reporting Homepage. If you have edited an existing report, you will be offered the option to ‘Overwrite’ that saved report or "Save As New" to create a new saved report. Give the entire Report a title and a description. Check the ‘Save as Suggested Report for other users’ box to Suggest this Report to the rest of your team (Admins only).

This view also gives you greater control over a Report that is comprised of multiple sections. In the left-hand Side Panel, you can re-order the existing sections of your report, or you can add a new section.
