The Import function in WeTrack allows you to make mass changes to the data in your system. It has three main purposes:
To allow a mass creation of new data - Tasks, Risks/Issues, etc. This might be performed when your event is created or you begin your project planning in WeTrack. It is easier to use a WeTrack import template than individually creating each Task in the system – get in touch if we can help you with that.
To modify existing information across a large number of Tasks, etc. An export from the system usually precedes this.
To clone existing information, such as the RAG Status or due dates across a large number of Tasks and/or Projects.
It is found in Settings > Imports & Exports, and so is only available for users with Admin permissions.
