Over the last few weeks we have been busy finishing the new version of our Run Sheets module, which we are delighted to say is being used by some clients in its early stages. There have been some great updates to this module so if you would like to see it, please contact us via support@wetrack.com!

As well as the run sheet changes, we have been working on some great updates to the Gantt Chart and also allowing users to log more accurate incidents times

Gantt Chart

The Gantt Chart is now a lot more interactive, allowing you to add projects and child items such as task groups & tasks straight from the same page. Using the + icon to the right of the page, you can add a project at the top of the list or a task group/task from within the list.

By right clicking on an item, you are also now able to see the context menu for it, allowing you to quickly edit, add updates and see more information quickly.

Lastly, by double clicking on task within the list on the left, you are now able to see a quick summary which more closely reflects the details page. From here you're able to update the RAG status as well as update the start and due dates.

Incident Start & End Times

To get a more accurate representation of how long an incident was occurring for, there is now the ability to edit the start & end time of an issue. The system will default to the creation and close time of an incident, unless you'd like to retrospectively update these in response to new information around the incident.

To aid with reporting, we've also added filters for Start and End time within the incident report, this should give you a better indication if you want to drill down on your list of incidents and how long they've been open for.

We would love to hear what you think of these changes and any other aspect of WeTrack. Please contact us to speak to one of the team!
