You can archive a group from the Group page. In addition, if a group is accidentally archive in a group, the group can be retrieved. Each group is assigned a group ID, and the transition is recorded for each group. By using this function to retrieve a group, you will be able to view past score changes.

Deleting a group will result in the loss of historical data. The results of past surveys are tied to the group. If you wish to change the group structure, please change the structure of the groups already registered.

If you archive a group, you will not be able to see the overview (score trends and fluctuations, etc.) of the relevant group from the next survey onward. The results of the archived group will be displayed in the report output.

2. Select "Archive Group".

1. Select [Archived] in [Groups].

2. Click the "Retrieve" button next to the group you wish to restore.

3. The group will be shown on the first level of [Groups], so change to the appropriate position.

4. Add members to the restored group.

Member information that belonged to a group cannot be restored.
