Service function:
Each member can be issued a password for login. There are two methods of issuance.
Summary
There are two ways to set passwords for each member, depending on when Wevox was installed.
For companies that installed Wevox before September 2020:[Method 1] is available.
For companies that introduced Wevox after September 2020:Both [Method 1] and [Method 2] are available.

When to issue passwords to members
If you have granted access permissions, the owner will need to issue a password to the member. In such a case, the owner will search for the relevant person from the [Member] page and send an e-mail to the member to issue a password.

Method 1: Person who can implement: Owner
Go to [Members] page from the Wevox Admin and select the member whose password you want to issue (or change).
Open the "認証" tab and "パスワードを発行" or "パスワードを変更" the password.

パスワードを発行(orパスワードを再発行):The password will be sent by e-mail directly to the member selected by the owner.
パスワードを変更:You can set a password with any string of characters. The owner who set the password should inform the password directly to the member in question, as the member will not receive a password change notification e-mail.
Notes
The password policy section displays the password policy set by each company, or if none is set, the default password policy of "at least 6 single-byte alphanumeric characters", which will be validated according to each company.

Method 2:Who can do this: Everyone, regardless of their authority.
1. Access the Wevox login screen by yourself if you want to issue a password.
2. Go to "If you forgot your password, click here"
3. Enter your own e-mail address registered with Wevox.
*Please be sure to enter the same email address as you registered with us, as it is case-sensitive.
4. An email containing your password will be sent to the appropriate email address.
*You will receive the message with the title "[Wevox] Password Reset Notification" even if it is your first time setting.
