What are the key drivers?
At Wevox, we measure engagement using nine key drivers.
Based on an academic background, we have designed our own key drivers that can be easily applied to actual improvements.
About each key driver

Note
The ” employee engagement” score is calculated from the scores of each key driver, which is considered to be a driving force for employee engagement.
“Health” is an indicator to measure the result of engagement, so it does not affect the score of “Overall Employee Engagement Evaluation”.
