“Cannot view results. Please increase the number of responses to view the results." is shown
The results cannot be shown. Please increase the number of responses to view the results. What does that mean?
The "Results cannot be shown" message appears on the Comparison and Analysis screen, as shown in the image. Please increase the number of responses to view the results.
There are two possible causes. Please take the following actions.
A. Not enough people belong to the group.
B. Not enough respondents in the group.
C. Some of the previous questions have not been answered.
Coping Methods
A. Not enough members in the group.
If the number of members of a group is less than 3, increase the number to 3 or more.
If you would like to see the results with 2 members, please contact our customer support via chat and ask them to change the settings so that detailed results can be displayed.
In order to make it easier to identify individuals, you will need to inform the two people in your group of this change.
When you contact us, please let us know that you have already informed the two members of the group.
Please read this article for more information on how to set up permission for one person to view the results under his/her own name.
B. Not enough respondents in the group
Even if a group meets the "number of members" requirement, the results cannot be displayed unless at least 3 people have responded.
C. Some of the past questions have not been answered.
If you have answered all the questions to be delivered in the next round, and if you can provide additional answers (see image below), you will need to answer all the additional questions as well.
Results are not shown even though the subject has already answered
If you do not see the results of your members' responses (both real and anonymous) even though they have completed their responses, you may not have received the necessary data to display the results.
In Wevox, all the questions are delivered for the first time, but if you have not answered them, the results will not be shown because the required answers are missing.
In this case, you will need to provide the answers necessary to display the results from the next survey.
There are two ways to do this.
①Answer all the recommended number of distribution questions for 3 months.
Example)Once a month frequency:16 questions×3 times
Once every 2 weeks:8 questions×6 times
Once a week: 4 questions×12times
②Answer from [Answer more questions] in the image below.
