Summary
Member information can be deleted in bulk. The deleted members will not be billed from the following month. Deleting a member will not change the past survey results.
Note
Please note the following points when deleting a member.
Once a member’s information is deleted, it cannot be restored.
An owner’s account cannot be deleted at once. (You will receive an alert in the following form)
If you want to delete an account, please delete the permissions from [Owner].
How to do it
Click [BULK DELETION] on the upper right of the [Members] page.
Follow the instructions on the screen to create a file and upload it.
Confirm the deleted members, and click [Delete] at the bottom of the page.
