*By name access permissions are set by Wevox Client Support for "All Members" or a specific group to view under by names. Additional permissions must be granted when you create a new group. Please note that you will not be able to view or output data from a new group unless you request us to set it up.

Notes

  • Owner users can download scores for all attributes (group, job title, position, etc.).

  • Access permission users can only download scores for groups to which they have been granted permission.

  • It may take a while for the file to download.

  • During the response period, scores will be calculated sequentially, so the scores that are displayed are not final. Please output your final score after the response period concludes.

  • Download Score List for each group has the following detailed specifications.

    • If the row for a group is not displayed

      • If all members of a group do not have valid answer data, no score can be calculated for that group. In this case, the group name row itself will not be displayed. If one member of the group has valid answers, the row for that group will be displayed.

    • When the score is displayed as 「-」.

      • Even if a group row is displayed, the score will be displayed as 「-」 if the number of respondents is less than the number required to calculate the score (usually 3 or more).

    • When the score is displayed as 「0」 when the comparison delivery date is specified and output

      • When a group does not exist or the number of answers is insufficient at the time of the relevant comparison delivery, the score is displayed as 「0」.
