Target Service: Engagement Survey

Who can perform this operation (Permissions): Owner

Overview

By turning the Display Aggregated Results setting OFF for a specific engagement survey, you can hide those results across various screens. Once disabled, the scores and graphs for the selected survey will no longer appear on the following screens:

  • Overview

  • Score

  • Comparison

  • Transition

  • Data Analysis

Use Cases

This feature can be used in the following scenarios:

  • Transitioning from pilot to full launch: When you want to hide results from initial pilot tests conducted in specific departments before starting company-wide operations.

  • Excluding test data: When you want to hide results from surveys sent specifically for testing purposes.

  • Filtering specific periods: When you want to hide survey trends for a particular timeframe.

  • Correcting delivery errors: When a survey was delivered to users by mistake.

Steps

1. Open Engagement Survey and select Delivery Status.

2. From the Delivery List, click on the specific survey you wish to hide.

3. In the top-right corner, switch the Display Aggregated Results toggle from ON to OFF.

4. Once set to OFF, the Hidden Results icon will appear next to that survey in the Delivery Status list, confirming the setting is active.

  • Toggle OFF→ON to show score results again.

  • Only the latest survey can be turned on or off in the Delivery Status screen.

Note

  • This feature only restricts the display of the results. The actual survey results and response data will not be deleted.

    • Even if the Display Aggregated Results setting is turned OFF, responses will still be treated as valid response data for 100 days after the response date. Therefore, this data will still be factored into question selection and score calculations for non-responders.

  • Toggling from OFF back to ON will make the survey results visible across all screens again.

  • The results display can be turned off for surveys that are still in the response period.

    • You can still respond to the survey even if the result display is turned off.

    • If you turn off results display, you will not be notified of the completion of the survey after the response period.
