Summary
You can hide specific survey results from "Comparison" & "Data Analysis". The score result will be hidden from the list of "Comparison & “Data Analysis" and from the graph after hiding/turning off a specific result.
It can be utilized in the following situations.
You want to hide past figures at the time of transitioning to company-wide implementation after a partial trial use of Wevox.
You want to show results excluding delivery test score results .
You want to hide the past trends of a specific survey.
When a survey has been delivered by mistake.
How to do it
1. Go to【Delivery Status】in Operational Settings.
2. Click on the survey you want to hide.
3. Change【Show total result】from【ON】to【OFF】in the upper right corner.
4. When OFF, the "Hidden Results" icon will appear on the List of distributions to complete the setting.
Turn OFF→ON to show score results again.
Only the latest survey can be turned on or off in the "Delivery Status" screen.
Note
Survey results will not be deleted by this function.
