How to check the response rate for each survey

Updated over 2 weeks ago

What is the response rate?

Response rate is the percentage of members who answered all of the questions in a survey they received.

You can check the response rate for the entire survey or for each group.

If you answer all delivered questions (32, 16, 8, or 4), they will be marked as answered and counted toward the response rate.

Please note that if even one question remains unanswered, the response is considered “unanswered” and will not be included in the response rate.

(Whether a comment is provided or not does not affect the response rate. If a respondent closes the comment screen without posting a comment, the response will still be counted toward the response rate.)

How to check the response rate

Check from Delivery Status

1. Click on "Delivery Status" from the left menu.

The response rate for the latest survey can be checked as a pie chart.

The response rate for past surveys can be checked in the list at the bottom of the page.

2. Clicking on the survey delivery date will enable you to see more detailed survey results.

Click on "Delivery Status" to check the survey results.
