What is the response rate?

Response rate is the percentage of members to whom a survey was sent who responded to all of the questions sent.

You can check the response rate for the entire survey or for each group.

When all the distributed questions (32, 16, 8, and 4) are answered, the survey is considered to have been answered and included in the response rate.

Please note that if there is even one unanswered question, it is defined as "unanswered" and is not included in the completed responses.

(Whether or not a comment is included is irrelevant. If a respondent closes the comment screen without posting a comment, it will also be included in the response rate).

How to check the response rate

Check from Delivery Status

1. On the "Operation Settings" screen, click on "Delivery Status" from the left menu.

The response rate for the latest survey can be checked as a pie chart.

The response rate for past surveys can be checked in the list at the bottom of the page.

2. Clicking on the survey delivery date will enable you to see more detailed survey results.

(Please click here to see how to use this function.)

Click on "Operation Settings" to check the survey results.
