When a paid plan is ended, the registered numbers by group and groups data in the group list will be deleted.

About Plans

Wevox Engagement offers paid plans (Basic Plan) and free plans (Free Plan).

When you cancel (terminate) your paid plan, you will be automatically converted to the free plan.

What you can do with the Free Plan

The account will continue to exist without incurring any costs.

You will continue to be able to log in and view "All Members results trends(All Members only) ".

You can also use the Engagement Survey.

Caution/Notes

  • Fees will be charged up to the month in which the paid plan cancellation procedure is completed. Please note that there is no pro-rata calculation. You will be switched to the free plan from the following month.

  • Please note that when the paid plan is terminated, the numeric data by registered groups and groups data in the group list will be deleted. If you wish to save the past history, we recommend that you export the data from the Download Score List within the month of cancellation.

  • Please refer to the Wevox Terms of Use for more information.

  • Please note that companies that have signed a separate "Annual Contract" cannot cancel it during the contract period.

How to Change Plans

If you wish to change your plan, please take action yourself from the service page below. If you wish to resume your plan, you can also do so from the same page.
