What this action does: Wevox aggregates and shows the results based on the information registered at the time of survey delivery. Therefore, if you update the information about the group "during/after" the survey delivery, the results will be aggregated with the group information as it was "at the time of delivery" if you do nothing. If you want to recalculate the results of the latest survey based on the latest group information, please refer to this article and execute [Update Targets].
※ Please note that you cannot cancel the "Update Targets" after executing this function.

Effects on Results of Group Structure Change and Aggregate Target Update

How to do it
1. When you want to change the group structure and update the tally results
2. Add a new member who has not yet received the survey and update the aggregate results
3. When you want to deliver a survey to existing members who have not yet received it and update the aggregate results.
Notes
Update Target can only be performed for the "latest survey". Please note that you cannot update the results of the previous surveys.
- If there is a survey in progress = Survey in progress
- If there is no survey in progress = The most recently conducted survey
The following are not eligible for the "Update Survey" and cannot be executed.
- Remove the scores of the following members from the tally
Members who have been deleted from Wevox after the survey has been delivered.
Members who turned [Distribution OFF] after survey delivery
Even after the update of the target of the survey is completed, it will continue to be shown as the difference between the current and the previous survey.
Updating data other than "Group" associated with each member
Attributes: job title/position/employment category
Gender
Age, etc.
These will reflect the latest registration data from the next delivery survey.
Updating the "Impact Analysis" on the Data Analysis page to reflect the latest groups.
Updating the aggregate results of the Custom Survey to reflect the latest groups.
Impact on results of changes in group structure and updating of aggregate targets
Whether or not the results are reflected in the aggregate results depends on when the "Update Group Information" and "Update Aggregate Targets" are executed.
Screen Explanation
Red: Members deleted from the group
Blue: Added members
If the difference is shown even after the "Update for Aggregate" is executed, there may be users who have not been added to the survey even though they have turned on the delivery.
If the number of groups is more than 1000, the difference will not be shown on the "Update for Aggregate" screen.
How to do it
The operation method differs for each of the following cases. Please refer to the relevant one.
1. When you want to change the group structure and update the aggregate results.
2. When you want to update the aggregate results after adding a new member who has not yet received the survey.
3. When you want to deliver to existing members who have not yet received the survey and want to update the aggregate results
1】 When you want to change the group structure and update the aggregate results.
1. Go to [Groups] and change to the latest group
2. Click【Update Aggregate】on the upper right of【Comparison】.
3. Check the differences on the list displayed
- If the number of members or groups is large, the difference will not be shown.
To update, click "Recalculate" in the upper right corner of the screen.
After the update is completed, a notification will be sent to the person who performed the update via e-mail or other means.
5. Confirm the updated contents from [Compare].
2】If you want to add a new member who has not yet received the survey and update the total results
1. Add a new member from [Member Registration] (Delivery setting is "ON")
2. Click "Add New Member" from "Delivery Status" to add a new member.

3. Click "Aggregation target updated" in the upper right corner of "Comparison".
4. Check the differences on the list displayed.
- If the number of members or groups is large, the difference will not be shown.
5. To execute the update, click "Recalculate" in the upper right corner of the screen.
After the update is completed, a notification will be sent to the person who performed the update.
6. Confirm the updated contents from [Comparison].
3】If you want to deliver to existing members who have not yet received the survey and want to update the aggregate results
1. Set the delivery setting to "ON" for the members to whom you want to deliver the survey in the "Members" section. Click here to see how to do this.
2. Click "Add new survey recipients" in "Delivery Status" to deliver the survey to additional members. For details, please click here.
3. Click "Aggregation target updated" in the upper right corner of "Comparison"
4. Check the difference on the list displayed
- If the number of members or groups is large, the difference will not be shown.
5. To do the update, click "Recalculate" in the upper right corner of the screen.
After the update is completed, a notification will be sent to the person who performed the update.
6. Confirm the updated contents from [Comparison].
