Describes how to update registered members of a group


You will need to update your Wevox data when your organization changes. If you have registered a department in your group, we recommend that you update it before you conduct the next survey.

Please note that employee data will be updated based on their e-mail addresses. If members' e-mail address have been changed, please change it manually on members page.

How to use

To change a group in bulk

1. Click [Members].

2. Select “Download Members' file” from the upper left of the screen.

3. On the [Download] page, click the Download button.

4. Click the downloaded file and rewrite the data.

5. Click [Bulk add/update by File] in the upper right corner of [Members] page.

6. Upload the file.

To change one person one at a time

1. Click [Members].

2. Search for the appropriate person and click on it.

3. Remove the group in the “Affiliated Group” by clicking x.

4. Click “+Add”, select a new group, and then click “confirm”.

5. Click "Save changes".

Cautionary Note

  • Even if a member is transferred, the score result of the past group will not change.

  • Please note that if the group name does not match perfectly, a new group will be created. *Half/full-size letters, and even spaces are considered different groups.

  • If you change groups in a batch, all data will be overwritten with the updated information. We recommend that you keep a backup of your original member data so that you can restore the original data.
