How to redo a completed survey/Wevox Engagement

After you have completed the engagement survey, you can redo the survey if you want to change your answers.

Notes

All of your responses will be reset. You will not be able to redo any specific questions.

Free comments will also be reset.

If you are sending out an engagement survey and a customized survey at the same time, and you want to redo the responses to the customized survey, you will need to resubmit the customized survey separately.

To redo a customized survey that was delivered separately, please see this FAQ.

Please note that you can only redo a customized survey during the delivery period.

How to do it

1. Access the response URL

2. Select "Redo Engagement Survey" in the upper right corner.

3. Select "Restart" when the final confirmation message appears.

4. The screen for the first question will be displayed, so please answer again.

Notes

The following is the procedure for resubmitting a customized survey.

1. Open [Delivery Status] of the customized survey that is being delivered.

2. Click [Choose members and resend].

3. Select the members you wish to resubmit and click [Resend].
