It is possible to set delivery ON/OFF one at a time or by uploading files.

How to set up the "Off" function

1. Go to [Members].

2. Select the member you wish to turn off.

3. Click the button on the right of "Engagement survey".

How to set delivery ON/OFF at once by uploading files.

1. Download a file of members in [Members] page.

2. Download the file from the [Download] page.

3. Edit the “deliver_flg” field of the distribution settings.

 Distribution ON: TRUE

 Distribution OFF: FALSE

4. Leave only mail address (mail_address) and delivery settings (delivery_flg) columns.

5. Upload the file in “Bulk add/update by file” in “Members”page.

This function is also a member registration function from Wevox Admin to Wevox Engagement.Please note that members registered with Wevox Engagement are subject to billing.

If you cancel a member's registration, the member's responses and employee data will be deleted and cannot be restored. Unlike the case of " Delivery OFF," the member will not be billed from the following month.

▼ Delivery OFF

In the case of " Delivery OFF," the member's responses and employee data will be retained, and the member will be removed from the survey distribution list. However, please note that members who have turned off distribution will be billed for the survey.

Is it possible to output a list of the members currently registered in Wevox Engagement (including survey distribution settings)?

A:

Yes, it is possible. Please use the "Member Output" in the "Registered Members" section.
