How to send a survey to members without email addresses /Wevox Engagement

Summary

There are two ways to respond to a member without an email address.

1. Issue a URL for response

After the delivery starts, a separate response URL will be issued to the corresponding members, and they can respond to the survey by using that URL.

2. Login to answer

You can respond to the survey by logging in with your registered email address and password. The registered address and password will be shared with the members to answer the questions.

Note

  • In both cases, member registration is required. When registering, please provide a dummy email address as shown below.

*Please enter your company name and any number in [ ] of survey+[ ]@wevox.io.

  • If any of the following cases apply to you, please contact Client Support at support@wevox.io.

    • If you only want to deliver a customized survey to members created with dummy email address (both the response URL and login format are not applicable, and answers cannot be sent using the normal settings)

    • If you wish to output more than 2,000 answer URLs (currently, 2,000 is the maximum number of answer URLs that can be output)

How to do it:Issuance of Response URL

1. Start distribution

2. From "Delivery Status", click the relevant delivery date.

3. Click on delivery target

4. Add "/xlsx" to the end of the URL at the top

5. Press enter (return) on the keyboard to start downloading

6. Send the response URLs of the corresponding members from the downloaded file.

Important

The URL for each person is different. Please be careful not to forward or share the URL of each member. Also, please be careful not to distribute another member's URL at the time of distribution.

Example of distribution method (2 patterns)

  • Separate files for each store or location, and after sending, respond to each store or location via their own media (PC or mobile).

  • If you are using Slack, LINE works, etc., set up a notification method other than e-mail from the "Member Notification Settings" in the side menu.
