The Customized Survey preview lets you check the questions and wording, see how your settings will appear, and test how they work when someone responses.

From the Customized Survey List, click the survey you want to deliver. You can access the preview from the top right of the survey’s Question Settings screen.
If you open it from the Question Settings screen, you can check both the PC and smartphone previews.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will preview responses be reflected in the score?
No. Response data is not collected in preview mode, and will not be included in the results.
Q: Is there a preview function for the Results screen?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a feature to preview how the aggregated results screen will look after responses are collected.
Q: What happens if I schedule a Customized Survey to be delivery together with an Engagement Survey?
After the Engagement Survey questions and comments screen, the Customized Survey response screen will appear.
Please note: When delivering a Customized Survey together with an Engagement Survey, ”BEGINNING OF THE SURVEY” or ”END OF THE SURVEY” text set in the Customized Survey will not be displayed. Only the content set in Wevox Engagement → Survey Settings will be shown.
Q: Can I change the preview display language?
Yes. After opening the preview screen, you can change the language from the dropdown menu in the top right. The default setting is Japanese.
