Summary
Customized Survey, a feature that allows users to create and distribute their own surveys, can download results data from the administration screen.
How to do it
Click Services, select Customized survey under Wevox Engagement
Select the survey name for which you want to download the result
Select "DOWNLOAD RESULTS" in the upper right corner
Select Analysis Target(Group or Members) then click “DOWNLOAD RESULT FILE”
Click “Click here for output results”
In case of error
Please confirm that the question is turned on in the list of questions in the left menu.
When you want to download customized survey data by names
For companies that use real names to administer the survey, you can download the customized survey data from the administration screen, but only to the extent that you have access permission to the customized survey and have permission to view the individual results. To download the data, go to "Analysis Target" in Download Results and select "Members".
