Summary

This section describes the causes and solutions for cases in which a response has not yet been received after reaching the response completion screen.

Cause 1: The time required for the response to be reflected has not elapsed.

Wevox may take a certain amount of time (several hours) to respond and reflect the results.

Solution: Please wait and check the results again.

Cause 2: The survey is mistakenly recognized as another survey.

One of the most common cases is that respondents have mistakenly identified the survey as another survey.

Solution: Please confirm which survey was answered by the respondent.

Cause 3: The response to one part of the question was not completed.

If it has been more than a few hours since you responded to a question, and you receive a reminder or see the "not yet" icon in the distribution status, you may not have answered some of the questions. Please try the following methods.

Please note that depending on the network environment and response speed at the time of response, the system may proceed to the exit screen even though the response was not properly recognized by the system.

Solution: Please access the response URL again and confirm that you have answered all the questions. Please adjust your response speed by using a stable network environment and avoid repetitive typing.
