How to Change Survey Completion Notification Email Settings

Only the owner authority can change the settings. Please change the settings individually from the member page.

Summary

A notification email will be sent to the owner and data viewing privileges holders after the survey is completed. You can change the settings of the notification email by following the instructions below.

Note

  • If the response deadline has expired and the survey deadline has been extended, a notification email will be sent after the changed deadline.

  • If the survey deadline expires and the survey is extended, a notification email will be sent after the survey ends after the changed deadline. (If you are the owner, please set up the system.)

  • The end-of-survey notification will be sent regardless of whether the survey delivery is turned on or off by the owner.

How to do it

(1) Click on the member you wish to cancel in “Members”.

(2) Turn off the “Result Notification” at the bottom of the page.

Note

Only those who have owner rights can change the settings from “Notification Settings”.
