Summary
A Tally Completion Notification email will be sent to the owner and data viewing privileges holders after the survey is completed. You can change the settings of the notification email by following the instructions below.
How to do it
Click “Change Settings” for the recipient on the Wevox Engagement “Delivery Settings” screen
Select the member whose settings you want to change
*You can also narrow down the members displayed by searching using filters
Toggle the Tally Completion Notification ON (checked)/OFF (unchecked) and click “Save”
Note
If the response deadline has expired and the survey deadline has been extended, a Tally Completion Notification email will be sent after the changed deadline.
Regardless of whether an individual's survey delivery is set to ON or OFF, if their "Tally Completion Notification" is ON, they will receive the result notification.
Similarly, whether or not a login password has been set, if the "Tally Completion Notification" is ON, the result notification will be sent.
If Engagement Survey results are set to OFF (hidden), the result notification won't be sent, even if Tally Completion Notification is ON.
Result Tally Completion Notification cannot be sent to individuals who are neither the owner nor authorized users.
