Summary
Wevox offers both anonymous and real-name surveys.
If you choose to conduct the survey using real names, you will need to inform respondents of the purpose of the survey, such as "Why are you conducting the survey using real names?”
How to decide
Please read the characteristics of each method below and consider which method is best suited to your company.
Anonymous Surveys
Since there will be less discovery when responding, it is possible to operate without worrying about fraudulent responses from the beginning. Also, when looking back on the scores, it is easier to focus on organizational issues rather than on individuals "looking for culprits or problematic employees.
Since the scores cannot be used to identify individuals, it is difficult to notice "individuals" whose scores have dropped significantly, and it is difficult to provide urgent support.
Real name implementation
By confirming the results of each individual, management/HR staff can properly identify those who need to be taken care of and provide support as soon as possible.
If the purpose of viewing results under the real names is not properly communicated, it may cause anxiety, such as "Will this affect my evaluation?” or "My answers will be discovered" may occur, and the survey itself will not be executed properly.

Points to keep in mind
It is possible to combine both anonymous and real names. (Set by group. Please contact us for details)
If you are viewing results by name, we ask that you inform your employees that you are viewing results under their real names and the purpose of this.
In some cases, we have received comments that "it is a little difficult to answer" if the immediate supervisor is looking at the results. However, if the employees are informed of the reason for using their real names and agree with it, it is difficult to see any difference in the results due to the difference between anonymous and real names.
