What is Impact Analysis?
What is Impact Analysis?
Updated over a year ago

This is a data analysis function that shows "which items have the most impact when addressed" to improve employee engagement. By comparing the impact and score, a four-quadrant matrix shows "strengths" and "areas for improvement" in an easy-to-understand manner.

Key points of the function

  • The results of the analysis can be viewed on a group basis as well. Note that only the impact analysis of groups to which you have been granted access permissions can be viewed. This allows each team to use the results as a reference for formulating their own policies.

  • Two types of analysis results are shown: "Impact on Work Engagment" and "Impact on Organizational Engagment. Specifically, the results are divided into two categories: those items that have an impact on improving work motivation, and those items that have an impact on increasing organizational attachment. Depending on the issues faced by your organization or team, we hope that you will select one or both of "work engagement" and "organizational engagement" to further improve your strengths and solve your issues.

Note

  • The survey will not be displayed during the survey delivery period. Please check the data after the survey is completed.

  • Since we measure the degree of influence based on the correlation of the amount of change between items, we cannot analyze the data unless we receive at least two responses.

  • The standard for utilizing the analysis results is to accumulate data for at least 3 months after the initial delivery and for at least 4 deliveries. Until then, please use the results only as a reference.
