Overview

On the Comments screen, you can view and export all comments submitted in past surveys.

Comments can be filtered by group or by survey distribution for easier analysis.

* Only owners can view and export free comments.

How to Export

Click Export File at the top right of the screen to download the comments collected in the currently displayed survey.

Important Notes

  • If a registered group has enough respondents to display scores (normally 3), the exported Excel file will include both the group name and the associated comments.

  • If the group does not meet the minimum number of responses (normally 3), the export will show the next higher-level group name instead.

  • If a respondent is not assigned to any group, or if the top-level group doesn’t meet the minimum display threshold, the group name will not appear in the export.

  • To make sorting easier in Excel, if one person belongs to multiple groups, their comment will appear multiple times, once for each group.

Tagging and Categorization

You can classify comments by applying one or more of the 26 predefined tags.

To set up tags, click the Edit Tags button on the screen.

If you’re on the Standard Plan, tags are also automatically applied via AI.

After a survey closes, you can visit the Comments screen to see the results already organized by AI. This helps you quickly identify trends in feedback and use them to plan your next actions.

Additional Notes

  • Viewing comments is a feature available Owners.

  • If the number of survey responses in a group is below the minimum threshold (normally 3), group-level comments will not be displayed on this screen.

  • Comments appear on the screen progressively during the survey period, so results are not final until the survey ends. Therefore it’s best to review and export comments after the survey period closes.

  • AI-based tagging may take some time to complete after comments are submitted.
